Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our managers and employees. You will be responsible for handling various tasks related to organization and communication, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, maintaining filing systems and monthly invoicing procedures. You will also assist in the coordination of meetings and office supplies.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in organizing your work using tools like MS Office. You should be capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team, effectively managing multiple projects with keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

As an Administrative Assistant at Netstream, you will:

  • Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate colleague.
  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices.
  • Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing email/mail.
  • Provide administrative support, coordinating communication with clients/vendors and schedule meetings/conference calls.
  • Manage monthly invoicing procedures and communication with clients for balance/payment updates.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of the English and Greek language both written & spoken
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office software.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of professional E-Mail client software (Outlook, Apple Mail, G-Suite etc.)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Apart from administrative and technical skills, you will need to show:

  • Passion and enthusiasm for work, with a blissful attitude
  • A flexible approach when working in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills to efficiently manage tasks.
  • Time management skills and the ability to cope with several tasks at a time.
  • Effective networking skills to build contacts.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or Marketing or related field is desirable but not essential.
