We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our managers and employees. You will be responsible for handling various tasks related to organization and communication, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, maintaining filing systems and monthly invoicing procedures. You will also assist in the coordination of meetings and office supplies.
To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in organizing your work using tools like MS Office. You should be capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team, effectively managing multiple projects with keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
