UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us design and deliver user-friendly and engaging digital products. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for understanding the needs and preferences of our clients, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing user interface elements and graphics, and testing and improving the user experience.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience and a strong portfolio as a UI/UX designer, a good knowledge of design tools and software, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. You should also be able to work independently as well as in a team, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and keep up with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

As a UI/UX Designer at Netstream, you will:

  • Conduct user research and analysis to understand the problems, goals, and preferences of our target audience.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and sitemaps to communicate and test your design ideas with stakeholders and users.
  • Design user interface elements, such as menus, buttons, icons, tabs, widgets, etc., that are consistent with our brand identity and style guidelines.
  • Design graphic elements, such as images, illustrations, logos, etc., that are attractive and relevant to our digital products.
  • Test and optimize the designs for usability, accessibility, and performance.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the quality and functionality of our digital products.
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies and incorporate these into design concepts as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with responsive design and platfrom agnostic approaches.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a user-centric mindset.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is desirable but not essential.
